If you are a fair trade retailer or interested in selling artisan products, VASTRA guarantees to offer you some of the finest artisan products at highly competitive prices. Please sign up as B2B customer in order to have access to our wholesale pricing.

Are our products Handmade?

All our products are handmade using traditional craft techniques. VASTRA's main purpose is to support traditional crafts and artisans. It is very important to us that the artisans are paid fairly so that traditional crafts can survive. In addition, we only work with natural products such as cotton, silk, leather etc.

How are we able to offer competitive pricing?

In order to reach maximum clients worldwide and to guarantee a fair payment to the artisans, VASTRA works without intermediaries and uses a cost-effective model to reduce overhead costs. Our logistic-shipping company is located in rural India, however not far from major cities in order to move products effectively. This cuts significantly our overhead expenses (high warehousing costs, higher salaries in the cities as compared to rural areas), allowing us to offer our clients and B2B partners with very competitive prices.

How do we select products for online store?

Products sold on our online store are some of the bestsellers, for many years, in our stores in Costa Rica. Responding to the continuous positive feedback from our stores, VASTRA launched its online store to reach our global clients. A simple rule we always apply is " WE SELL WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO BUY OURSELVES".

General Shipping Questions?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in INDIA by AYAAN CREATIONS, UP, INDIA.
Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Shipping times may vary depending upon the availability of the product.
VASTRAONLINE is obligated to collect sales tax on all shipment sent to Costa Rica.
Any duties or taxes levied by the custom authorities at the destination port are to be paid by the customers.
